Kuca «Tonica» nalazi se u selu Manjadvorci na istocnoj obali Istre, 8 km udaljena od mora, 20 km udaljena od grada Pule.
Radi se o 100 godina staroj, samostojecoj, autohtonoj, ruralnoj istarskoj kuci namijenjenoj za smještaj 6 – 8 osoba. Glavna je odlika kuce da na njoj, osim kupaone, nije ništa mijenjano i zato nije «ušminkana» poput drugih slicnih. U njoj se u potpunosti doživljava romanticni i boemski duh Istre sa pocetka prošlog stoljeca.
Površinom od 100 m2 i okucnicom od 2000 m2, ova kuca je idealna za obitelji, grupu mladih ljudi, sportaše, lovce i avanturiste koji žele sa sobom dovesti svoje kucne ljubimce, jer uz vocnjak s 50 oraha ima garažu te štale za smještaj konja, pasa macaka i drugih domacih životinja.
